from hsuyo

I will be sharing briefly on this topic, outlining what needs to be done to start a webcomic, as this is actually a very comprehensive subject to discuss about.

Tools or Equipment needed to start a webcomic

Before I begin talking about how to start a webcomic, there are a few things we need to take note:

Hardware tools:

There is no need to learn how to draw in a drawing or graphic tablet before one can start his or her own webcomic.
There is no need for a drawing or graphic tablet in the first place, although it will help tremendously.
However, an image scanner is a must, if one is not using a drawing or graphic tablet at all.
Last but definitely not least, an internet connection with a computer is needed.

I am not too bothered with the quality of the image scanner, as I do not see the need to get a high precision image scanner as of now.

Software tools:

A graphic-editing software is a must: Photoshop and Corel Painter may burn a hole in your pocket, but GIMP (open-source graphic editing software) is free. Of course I will always support Corel Painter, as this is the image editing software that my manga teacher asked me to get.

There are many kinds of tools and equipments used in drafting. Every tools or equipments have their own special function.

One of these is the Drawing Board; it is in this board where the drawing paper is placed. Here, the paper should be fastened with adhering tape to prevent the paper from any movement. It measures 24 x 36 inches and made with a smooth surface. The edge of the drawing board serves as the base of the triangle when projecting line or lines in the different angles. Using the T-square the edge of the board could be used as a guide in creating horizontal lines.

The Triangles are used to project lines from a horizontal base, projecting isometric drawing as well as lines in an oblique drawing. It is usually made from light transparent celluloid materials. (safe payday loan)

Controlled Use: Myth or Reality?

Posted by on December 17, 2010 at 11:02 am

International experts recognize that controlled-use exists and that when implemented, provides adequate protection to workers health and safety in the mining and manufacturing sectors.

Thus, by applying the specific and necessary measures, including education and training, recommended work methods and the use of appropriate tools and equipment the risk to the health of workers, will be undetectably low. The principle of controlled-use was not created by the chrysotile industry and does not apply to this industry alone.  This is a general principle of risk management recommended for all products or technologies that may present a risk to health, in the absence of appropriate controls and guidelines.

Industrial developmenthas brought us numerous potentially hazardous products which we use daily and which are possibly more risky than chrysotile and thus must be used in a responsible manner. For example, the use of certain natural resources like lead, mercury, cellulose, as well as most chemicals such as pesticides, must always be controlled in order to prevent possible negative health effects to humans and the general environment.
